Surely you have heard this expression once, anyway for anyone who has not heard it, the translate, Slow Life Slow Life means, well besides being an expression has become a worldwide movement, a revolution of thought and cultural change to help us stop the frenetic pace at which we usually live.

He had enough time with the idea of \u200b\u200bwriting about how slow of life, something I've always trying to practice and fortunately I knew existed and to name a few years ago. It was on my summer vacation, where I visited an Arab country and I definitely understood that the hurried and stressful way of life of Western culture has nothing to do with them. I always suspected that my genetics had something Arabic, because I got to go unnoticed in a culture so different from ours, perfect pace with the slow pace of his life.

It was even fun to watch as stressing my comrades to travel s Tunisian slow ... well and my own, ha, ha.

The SLOW LIFE has become a philosophy of life, a school of thought, a cultural shift towards a slowdown that I practice personally, but ... you?

  • Do you sleep enough? Respect your dream, we sleep and physical repairs psychically.

  • Are you watching the clock continuously? Try not to wear a watch, you'll find fun and of course the weekend miss the alarm. Let your body be your clock.
  • What time is your record of eating? Eat slowly and chew food thoroughly before swallowing as well get fat less. Checked
  • How you plan your vacation? Try to enjoy it quietly, without charging you for strenuous daily activities.
  • How do you organize every day? Try leaving free holes in your schedule and take advantage to surround yourself with people, do things that amuse you ...
